The mattresses were like sleeping on a piece of cardboard. The rest of the condo was ok, but not great. Over the years we have stayed at much nicer properties at Sandestin. Would not book this property again.

The golf cart was one of our deciding factors in choosing this property and I'm glad we did. You are able to access the Baytown Warf using the tunnel that crosses under highway 98 and more shopping and food areas close by with it. We have been visiting the Destin area for the past 6 years and this is one of our favorite locations yet.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at 4321 Beachside Two was fabulous. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Was happy to find a Keurig, cutting boards, pots, pans, wine glasses, and even Tupperware so we could take lunch to the beach. The only thing missing were clothes hangers. We had 1 in each bdrm. The view was glorious. We enjoyed our own happy hour on the balcony each day. The golf cart took our vacation up several notches. We had some minor difficulties with Platinum Vacations such as: Not getting the gate code in advance to enter the condo parking lot, unable to download the Hospitality app; and not being able to speak to a Platinum staff member. No one is available after 5pm or weekends, but they did have an afterhour answering service if you had an emergency. Perhaps the app would have provided more info, but we couldn't access it. Our air conditioner went out on our last morning (Sunday) and I left a message. There was not an opportunity to speak to anyone. Platinum did do a good job with the online paperwork and was efficient providing good check out instructions. After 4 days I contacted Platinum to inquire about the security deposit refund since no communication was sent. I received a prompt response and got my refund within hours.

The door knob fell off which I will say they fixed right away. The coffee pot had moldy grounds in it from the last stay. Why wouldn't you check that during the make ready!!The electrical plug in the 2nd bathroom didn't work which made it hard getting ready. All the beach chairs were rusted out and broken. Just remove them! Headlight was out on the golf cart. The management was always pleasant and tried to fix everything right away. I just feel like they shouldn't find out the problems from the customer, they should find out from the person doing the make ready.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as it appears in the pictures! We have been coming to Sandestin for years, but this was the first year we were able to get a golf cart with our condo! This was a game changer!! There were only 2 negative things about this condo… more comfortable mattresses needed and room darkening curtains for bedrooms! Overall, our experience was wonderful and we would definitely come back!! I’m telling you, condos with golf carts are a huge game changer!! 😎

Great time besides golf cart

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful time. It was nice being so close to the beach and the room was lovely and spacious. However the golf cart was an embarrassment. If the golf cart had anything to do with the price, we should get refunded. It was the worst one in the parking deck.had to be from the 80’s. We used it once at night and we almost died several times. Every time you push on the gas pedal the lights go out. We had several honks from other residents. Other than the near death experience with the golf cart we would definitely come back. Just update or retire that poor deplorable g cart.

Can't beat the location!

Awesome stay. Views are second to none. Had everything we needed. Codes all worked as instructed. If I had any one thing to say is that a good map of the area would be useful as the resort is very big. I don't blame the owner but more the care takers of the property. Would highly recommend this condo...did I mention the views! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Great location & beautiful view

We loved our stay here. The views were magnificent. The place could use a little upkeep regarding paint and outdoor furniture but all in all a great place. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced and it would be nice if there were a box of tissues and some coffee filters. Loved having the golf cart!
