We’ve stayed at Majestic Sun three times (different units each visit), so we’re very familiar with the building. This was our first time renting through Glass Casa. Overall, our stay was fine, but we preferred previous units, which felt better stocked and had fewer issues.A few things to note:The door code in the text was wrong, but correct in the welcome link.The dryer handle was broken (we were told it would be fixed on day 3), but it never was—we had to pry it open with a spoon the whole stay.The patio door handle was also broken and wasn’t repaired after we reported it.The keyless entry has no deadbolt, which was a huge concern with a toddler. They did respond quickly and installed a hotel lock by noon the next day, which we appreciated.Amenities were more limited than other units we’ve stayed in:- No plastic cups/plates (needed with young kiddos unless you want broken dishes)- No beach towels (we had our own but it’s sometimes nice to have a few extra)- No beach wagon (not a dealbreaker but a nice to have)- No potholders for cookingThe washing machine noise from the unit above is VERY loud. Not sure if anything can be done about that if that unit is owned by another entity, but something of note. Great location as always, and management was responsive when it mattered, but this unit could use some updates and better stocking.
