The house was perfect for our reunion. The kids loved all the games, the space was perfect, and so close to the beach and many stores. They were very quick to respond to 2 issues we had. The only thing that would have made it perfect, would’ve been having softer, more comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets, since it was chilly the days we were there. We also had to go to store to purchase more salt & pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, baggies and aluminum foil, laundry soap and dish soap. I would rather pay a little more to have all that stuff included. They did give us a starter pack, but with 25 people it lasted 1 day.

We really loved this place. Plenty of room for everyone together or need to hide away for time to yourself. The game room was a hit for everyone of all ages! Only bummer was we rented a golf cart and it is only legal to use it on the street is located, but it was still nice to get everything to the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our 3 families of 4. There was more than enough room. The quiet street, closeness to the beach access and walking distance to other amenities made this trip one of the best ones we’ve been on. We are already planning our trip for next year.

More issues this time. Hot tub went out, pool hit showed up and we had to get out of the pool so he could clean it during our stay. Table umbrella was broken and we didn’t know it; it fell over due to wind and almost hit my niece’s two year old daughter. The house is still beautiful but needs updates. Things are starting to break down, outdoor chairs need to be replaced.

We had a very ejoyable trip to Miramar and the house was perfect for our family. We created priceless memories there. Our kids and grandkids, along with the great-grandparents and nephew/his wife and 3 girls laughed and played so hard and the house was so well suited for them.

Senior Year Spring Break Families

Perfect house for a large group. The pool was much larger than most pools in the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub was perfect for a large group. Our trip was rainy for a couple of days. There is plenty of things to entertain and areas to still sit outside

Awesome Place!

We came here to celebrate our daughter’s 21st birthday with family and her friends. The house did not disappoint! It was perfect. The cabana house was perfect for her and her friends to give them their own space. The family stayed in the main house and there was plenty of room. The only negative I would say is the heated spa doesn’t get real hot for the price you pay and could be hotter and there could be a little more toilet paper and paper towels to start off with. The refrigerator in the main house had two drawers that appear to not be connected and there was a piece broken so you had to be careful pulling them out. I’d still give the place 5 stars and would definitely come back! Thank you for the wonderful stay and answering all my questions prior to arrival!

The location to beach, stores, restaurants was fantastic! However the home appears to be in need of some much TLC! Upon arrival the floors were pretty dirty as if only swept not mopped in weeks/month; AC was freezing in front of house and very warm in back bedrooms so those sleeping in back bedrooms were uncomfortable; many of the shower/tub did not drain well at all nor did any of the bathroom exhaust fans work; fridge water dispenser did not work. Pool was pretty dirty when we arrived; however, after call to property manager they were relatively quick to send someone out to clean. For a house this size and costly would be nice to be provided with a little more than a starter kit of dishsoap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc we have stayed in far less expensive places that provide more than just the complete minimum. The additional beach chairs at the house was a really nice feature to be able to have addiitonal chairs down at beach versus the two chair/umbrella set up and the ice machine a big plus. The house served its purpose and again location was great but not sure we would be interested in booking again.

Nice place to stay, the highlight for us was the large swimming pool. The grandkids, 12 years old and under had a great time after the beach. They played for hours. The house was very well equipped and had a great playroom.

Making Family Memories

Loved this house. Plenty of room for everyone. The ice maker was the biggest hit! Kitchen well equipped with lots of dishes and silverware. Thank you for providing a huge pot for our seafood boil and the griddle for pancakes. The new spice jar with the variety of spices in it was appreciated. Maintenance men responded immediately when our garbage disposal broke to replace it. The extra towels we requested were great. Pool is large and the tanning shelf was a hit. Took us a few days to figure out the pool and hot tub controls were on the fence behind the garage. Loved the table, stools & umbrella in the pool. Remember to bring your own beach towels. Only improvement recommended is towel hooks needed in the pool house bathroom as nowhere to hang a bath towel. The game room is awesome and was enjoyed by all ages. Only 8 houses from the beach - 2-3 minute walk. Loved the neighborhood and private beach access. Walking distance to Dollar General, Win-Dixie and Alvin’s cute beach shop and a Walmart just a mile south. Would highly recommend this house for a large family vacation.

Great Family Memories

We loved Forever Coastal as it was able to accommodate our family of 21 very well. It was comfortable with plenty of space for our 11 Grandkids. The two bunk rooms upstairs were a big hit. The large pool was super and the private beach was a short walk or golf cart ride away. The owners could have provided more trash bags, paper towels, hand soaps, dishwasher pods for the price we paid for it. Otherwise it was a super place and we’d love to come back.

Beautiful home, perfect for family retreat

Nice, big house. Easily accommodates multiple families. The management company was quick to respond to questions. Cabinets were stocked with any dishes, cookware, etc. That you would need. Furniture, beds and baths were immaculate. The floors were the only draw back; they were beautiful, but need a thorough cleaning. Had to wear shoes or the bottoms of your feet would turn black. The neighborhood felt safe and the short walk to the beach is exactly what we needed!!! I would definitely stay here again.
