WILLKOMMEN IN FRANGISTA ENCORE! Ein fünftes Schlafzimmer wurde für 2019 hinzugefügt!

Dieses 3700 m² große Haus wurde in den Zeitschriften HGTV und Coastal Living vorgestellt. Unser luxuriöses Strandhaus verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer, fünfeinhalb Badezimmer und einen privaten 5 'X 15' Splash Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Das Haus verfügt über ein gehobenes großes Wohnzimmer, Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten und im zweiten und dritten Stock über Holzböden. Dieses Haus verfügt über 40 'breite Balkone mit Blick auf das glitzernde Wasser des Golfs auf jeder Ebene. Alle 3 Außenebenen bieten Sitzgelegenheiten und Restaurants.

Treten Sie ein in dieses geräumige Haus, um Hartholz- und Travertinböden, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräte zu entdecken. Die erste Etage verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad sowie einen gemütlichen, einladenden Wohnbereich mit komfortablen Möbeln, einem 60-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, einer Wet-Bar, einem Queensize-Schlafsofa und Zugang zum Pool.

Die zweite Ebene beherbergt den Hauptwohnbereich mit einem weiteren 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, einer voll ausgestatteten Gourmetküche, einem Esstisch mit Platz für acht Personen und einer Frühstücksbar mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 50-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, einem Schlafsofa und einem eigenen Master-Badezimmer ist der perfekte Rückzugsort am Ende des Tages.

Es gibt drei weitere Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern im dritten Stock. Das Hauptschlafzimmer im dritten Stock ist mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem Queensize-Schlafsofa und einem 50-Zoll-Flachbild-TV ausgestattet. Dieses Zimmer bietet einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand. Ein geheimer Schlafraum (2 Einzelbetten) mit einem 30-Zoll-Flachbild-TV befindet sich außerhalb des Hauptschlafzimmers und bietet einen Rückzugsort für Kinder. Es gibt ein Queen-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und einem 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad mit einem 30-Zoll-TV auf dieser Etage.

Das Gemeinschaftspool und Badehaus von Frangista Beach befindet sich nur einen Block nördlich dieser luxuriösen Ferienwohnung. Bei einem Aufenthalt im Frangista Encore erhalten Sie Ermäßigungen auf Golfwagen, Fahrräder, Jetski, Strand- und Babyausstattung und mehr.

Der private Wohnaufzug wird auf Anfrage von einem Gast zur Verfügung gestellt. Bitte besprechen Sie mit uns vor Ihrem Aufenthalt, ob Sie den Aufzug nutzen möchten.

Aufgrund einer kürzlich erlassenen Verordnung sind Zelte und Überdachungen an keinem Strand in Walton County erlaubt.

POOL HEAT-Der private Pool kann für zusätzliche $ 35 pro Tag beheizt werden und muss für den gesamten Aufenthalt erworben werden.

Parkplätze stehen je nach Größe für bis zu 6 Fahrzeuge zur Verfügung (Garage inbegriffen). Leider stehen in der Nachbarschaft keine zusätzlichen Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Prime location but needs maintenance

Just returned from a weeks stay. The location is perfect! The house needs lots of maintenance and upkeep. Doors are pealing apart and dirty and floors are worn, All of the furniture could use replacing. The beds are very uncomfortable. There are stains on the chairs. This house had/has so much potential with some attention and upkeep. Overall the trip was good, we just expected the property to look like the pictures.

Annual Winter Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was lovely. Working with Frangista Beach Properties is always a pleasure. Hector is the best. Professional, pleasant and always helpful. All of my concerns or maintenance issues were addressed promptly. This property is as advertised and it definitely has a million dollar view. I do think it could use some updating inside and out. The beds were very comfortable. Patio furniture could be more comfortable. The access to the beach is perfect. The property is close to restaurants, shopping and everything you would need.

We have stayed at another home in Frangista a few years ago and we almost didn’t rent this house because our first experience was a dirty house and that was not being maintained. This house was a wonderful experience for our family reunion group of infants to grandparents! The house was clean and the manager even checked on us several times to make sure all was well. I casually mentioned that our bathroom plug wasn’t working and the shower light would work randomly. The manager immediately responded with the time frame the electrician would be over. He fixed it quickly. Also since it was the 4th of July holiday week the manager sent fireworks schedules for the surrounding areas. Watching the fireworks on the 4th, on the beach just steps from our private entrance was just perfect. The Emerald Coast is magical on a regular day but the 4th of July celebrations made us all appreciate the efforts made by all those who put on the best shows! We would return to this particular home again. It was perfect for our group.

Comfortable for a large group!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are pretty easy to please— the house was in good enough shape. The decor was a little outdated but we were not bothered by that. The pricing at the time was good for a location right on the beach. We did make the mistake of going during spring break where they were lots of college kids. Beaches were super crowded and the crowds were a little more rowdy than I would’ve liked. At times at night you could hear loud screaming and music. The house did have a leak and needed a good deep clean. The community pool was not warm at all. That was disappointing. We did pay extra to have the pool at the house heated. I would say it’s more like a large hot tub than a pool. It was very warm and enjoyable.

Family Trip

We had an amazing stay at Frangista Encore. The view was even better than the pictures. Enough bedrooms/bathrooms for grown children and spouses. Thanks for an amazing experience!!
