Excellent! Our family of 12 enjoyed a gorgeous week in this beautiful home! The location on the beach and area, the abundance of towels/beach towels, ice maker, speaker system, clean pool, extra beach toys/chairs/umbrellas available, 2 umbrellas/4 chair service, double washer/dryer units, well equipped kitchen, and the spaciousness of the home were things that really made a difference! Highly recommend this rental! The beach guys even came and transported my mom to her beach chair and back which was so helpful with her knee issue! We much appreciated the attention to detail and Michelle was so pleasant and helpful. We will very likely be returning!

The Best On the Beach Stay Ever!

Easy Check-in process, received daily communication checking to see if we needed anything. House was absolutely perfect and everything was as described in the listing to a T! 5 king bedrooms was perfect for our large party and pool on the deck was a nice way to end each day! Will definitely be booking this home in the future. We celebrated our 30th anniversary with all of our children and two grandkids ages 1&3 and this house was perfect for every age! All amenities were as described and more. You can’t beat the views from this home!

Perfect!

This house worked so well for our multi-family vacation - I honestly can’t think of a thing I would change! Everyone had their own space, and then the communal area was perfect for hanging together. The “starter” shampoo, conditioner and soap is like what you get at a hotel and lasted us the whole trip! There’s also an ice maker which was so handy, and I washed our laundry before we left which made the post-vacay process a breeze. We hope to go back again!

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

I cannot say enough about the wonderful vacation our family of 15, ages 10 months to 74 , experienced at Dune Sandy. This is indeed a luxury home with well thought out floor plans. The kitchen area is so spacious, we loved having 2 large tables for meals, just a great gathering area with amazing waterfront views. This home was just as described, the photos don’t do it justice! The location is close to area restaurants, shops and grocery store. Very nice having the beach service included. The pool/spa got a lot of use especially by the little ones.The communication with Glam Destin was exceptional from the time of booking to departure. They truly were great to work with. We would love to return and would recommend Dune Sandy to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

Nothing short of perfection!

We LOVED this space!!!! To be able to get three beach front adult rooms was spectacular. The space felt huge and perfectly designed for our large group. It had ll the amenities needed and more. The double washer and dryer were so helpful with all the kids. And the fridges everywhere made food storage a breeze. We are already planning to rebook for our yearly trip because we were just so blown away by the house and perfect location

Nice Family getaway

Perfect opening area for gathering; Kitchen with countertop seating, large comfortable sectional and two large dining tables. We LOVED having the complementary beach service!! The kids (babies and adults) used the pool a lot to give them a break from the beach and the sun. This home has a gorgeous view from both inside the home and the open balcony areas. The wet bar on the second floor is a very nice touch that we utilized every day. I could mention many more positive things but it just easier to say, we found no negatives!You won’t find a host with better communication, a desire to make you feel welcome and assistance you in any way that they can. Loved every minute of our stay and plan to revisit!!

The best!

This house is perfect! Great location, beautiful interior, and only has two levels which is a plus with little ones and seniors. It’s only a golf cart ride to restaurants and shops. The management company is amazing and is so easy to communicate with. We will be back!

Must Stay

We have gone to Destin for the last three years with a large group of friends and family. This listing is a must-stay and was more than accommodating for our 8 adults and 8 children. There were four on-suites and the kid's rooms were rooms with bunk beds. We were all so comfortable! The kitchen, living room, and dining room were open-concept leading to two large decks overlooking the beach. It was beautiful! I would stay there again.

Amazing house that has fantastic bedroom set up for couples and kids.

We were a group of mainly adults (couples), a few teenagers and 3 younger 7 & 8 year old boys who stayed for an amazing week. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the kids and they did enjoy watching netflix or playing on the PS5 sometimes. The 5 king bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms worked fantastically for 5 couples and I think we all appreciated the privacy. The location was perfect, so close to Destin and Baytowne Wharf and right on the beach. We loved having morning coffee and evening drinks on the back patio/balconies and some new patio furniture had just been provided. The pool was small, but fine for the young boys who enjoyed it and I liked that it was in the shade to give them a break from the sun. The house came with everything we could need, from beach chairs to a blender and double washer and dryers. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable week and would love to stay again.

Family at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Dune Sandy. The location was perfect, beachfront. There are no high rises in the immediate vicinity, so the beach was less crowded than other places we have stayed. The house was perfect for our family, with 5 king suites. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the big screen TV in the great room. The pool is small, but our grandkids loved it. We paid extra to have it heated, but the heater quit working halfway through our stay. We were reimbursed for the time it was out. We also had one of the air-conditioning units go out, but the manager was all over it, and it was fixed the same day. Management was very accessible and responsive. We will definitely consider returning to this rental.

Magnificent family celebration!

The house was incredible! Just as described! The location was perfect and the interior beautiful! The layout of the house was ideal for our group with 10 adults and 3 kids. This was such a wonderful experience for our family! The house is beautiful and everything you could possibly need. The location is amazing and you can walk to eat lunch, supper, or grab a bite of ice cream. There are shops close by. The beach is just steps away. We utilized the heated pool multiple times a day and it was perfect for February. Our kids range from age 9 to age 20 and they all loved it! I loved having two washers and dryers too for all seven of us:). The property manager is super responsive and very helpful! I can’t say enough good things. We will be back!

Gorgeous, well-maintained home. Better than the photos!

This home is beautiful, well maintained, and right on the Gulf! The photos do not do it justice - this home is even better in person. Parking was easy and plenty of space for six cars. The house was spotless, beds were super comfy, and the heated pool, heated to the low 90s, was fantastic in the cold off-season weather! There is nothing quite like staying beachfront, no worries about crossing roads, and you listen to the waves ... not cars passing by. We started planning our next trip back during our stay!
