The first day we got there we had a/c problems and were told by Resort Quest to reset the unit and it will work. So we did that and again at 2 am in the morning it quit again. The next day it did ok that we know of because we were gone all day until that night again at 3 am and it quit again. Again, we did the reset which took a while to work. 80 degrees in condo. We are suppose to be on vacation not the a/c repair man. The next night again it got up to 83 degrees, I called Resort Quest and they finally sent out an a/c man at 10 pm. He said its good.....until 3 am again and I called them at 3 am! It was so hot in there we had a kid puking and had to put her on the patio where she slept the rest of the night. They couldn't do anything at that time of the night. We were leaving that morning anyway. So when I got home I called and complained again. They did refund us 250.00 (which I haven't seen yet) but told me we didn't COMPLAIN ENOUGH!! Are you kidding me - how about you get up every morning at 3 am and "reset" the damn thing! We were there on VACATION! Not to be your a/c repair man!!
The condo was nice, master bedroom TV didn't work but that was minor compared to the a/c problem. Nice view of beach. Beds were ok, little hard for me. There were 7 of us in the condo and there was plenty of room. I was told this is an older building and I can tell you the a/c unit must have been old too. My husband swears they were turning the unit off somehow in the middle of the night. Overall, the condo is nice, just major a/c problem.
