This property was breathe taking. It was more than enough room for our family. The kids had their space and the adults had their space. We made great use of the green egg we had a blast. The golf cart was a plus. The house was clean well decorated. The best part is that we were all able to sit at the table and eat as a family. I definitely highly recommend this location. Load up the golf cart and head to the beach just a very short drive. I loved everything about our stay. The host was amazing very easy to communicate with very nice people.

Its hard to spend quality family time when we are all so busy with day to day life. My adult children and grandbabies spent 4 days in this beautiful house just slowing down and spending time together. The property was beautiful, exactly what we needed. The location was perfect. Close to gulf, close to shopping and activities. The property was exactly what was portrayed in listing. Check-in/out was simple and easy. Instructions for entire process sent by emails were easy to follow and answered with genuine care and attention. Highly recommend using Coastal Retreats for your next vacation! My family of 16 stayed here for the week and we were all impressed by the beautiful home. It’s esthetically pleasing, I was in love with the ten foot ceilings and doors. The bunk room was absolutely great and perfect for kids. Bathrooms in every room is a plus that I will always need in a vacation home from now on. The short distance to the ocean was wonderful. I wish I could give this home 4.5 instead of just 4 but there are a few things that stop me from giving 5 stars.The first day in the home we ran the dishwasher and discovered it leaked on the ground. I contacted Coastal Retreats right away and like always I got a very prompt response and someone from the maintenance team came to take a look but we determined the dishwasher must just be outdated. It continued to leak throughout the stay and we had to keep a towel on the ground.I’ll be brief with the rest due to lack of characters left.We wished there were more designated dish towels in the kitchen, we were given two which got dirty quickly with so many people.The washer on the 3rd floor kept giving us a “SUD” error when we tried using it.The pool in the neighborhood was so cold despite it being heated.The bed on the second floor was hard and uncomfortable. But the other beds were comfortable my family says.Overall I would stay here again, but for the money I spent for a week here I would hope that they could provide more towels, paper towels, trash bags, etc.

We gather once a year with our Adult Kids and Grands. This home was a great stay. The neighborhood pool was close as well as the beach just a few blocks away. There is a game area for the kids. We have rented for many years homes that will hold our group of 20, and I will say while this was one of the better kitchen set ups, the down side was there was only “ 1” sofa seating area. And it is not huge. When the whole group wanted to gather, you had to also use the kitchen bar stools , as the sofa sat 4 and there were 2 chairs and a round swivel chair. That is minimal for a house of this size compared to others, but still a nice property.

I can’t say enough about our stay. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The house was clean and beautiful, our contact was accommodating and helpful, and the location was ideal. The pool was clean and not crowded. The golf cart made going to and from the beach so easy and convenient. Each room having a master bath attached was great for each of our families to have privacy. There were even TVs in every room and laundry rooms on both floors! We loved our stay, and highly recommend Heavenly Waves for any large family/friend gathering.

We absolutely loved the house. Proximity to the beach is great. A quick walk or even a quicker golf cart ride. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen space worked really well for 4 families, as the refrigerator size was perfect. The outdoor patio was perfect when we grilled. We would definitely go back to this house or another house owned by Alex. Prior to our visit, he was responsive. We had some issues with the golf cart which was out of his control. He had someone come over and get us a new one within an hour, which was great.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was extremely clean and very well kept. The bedrooms were very nice with lots of space and were well decorated. The property was close to the ocean, and close to food restaurants and grocery stores. The property also provided a motorized golf cart which came in handy transporting members of our group to and from the beach. The property mangers were also helpful and amenable when we had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property to any interested parties.

We had 10 adults and 10 kids (3-17 yrs) stay for the week. It was a great house with lots of room to move around. Easy 30 second walk to the pool, and the golf cart made it easy to make runs down to the beach. Extra large fridge/freezer in the garage helped keep the adult beverages cold and not take up space inside. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all a good size, and both laundry rooms helped with the quick washes each night. Everything was very clean and the host had great communication before, during, and after the trip!

This property was beautiful, had everything you needed for your stay. Kitchen was great, access to Golf Cart very convenient. All bedrooms had private bathroom which was great and most rooms had an attached balcony. Great for family gathering.

Everything about this house was amazing! We had 3 families staying together and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean the golf cart was an added bonus. We loved taking the golf cart to the beach during the day or down the road for coffee or souvenir shopping. We would spend our days at the beach and then the pool in the evenings. Alex was very responsive.

This was an amazing home for our family reunion/celebration. It was very clean, had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Really close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk) and also has golf cart available for your enjoyment. Everyone in my family could not stop complimenting the amazing house and they’re already planning another trip back to Miramar beach! The management team was very communicative, responded quickly to our questions/concerns throughout the stay. I highly recommend this home!

We had a great stay at Heavenly Waves. We were expecting to be let down because the photos were so good....but it was the exact opposite....it actually lived up to the hype! We will definitely be back to Destin!
