We had a truly wonderful stay at this beachfront condo and couldn’t be more grateful to our host, Josh. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer our questions and even helped us resolve a personal issue during our booking, something we deeply appreciated.The condo itself is amazing: very clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a safe, quiet area. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, just a short walk from the sand, and close to everything we needed. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were all within easy reach, making it perfect for a family getaway.The amenities were great as well. Although the renovated pool right in front of our unit opened the day we were leaving (wish we had a bit more time to enjoy it!), we were still able to use the neighboring building’s pool, which was a nice alternative.We had an amazing time as a family, and this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Josh’s attentiveness and the quality of the condo made all the difference. We truly loved everything and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside vacation. Have to say was very disappointed with cleanliness-- to start off the hallway was a mess (we had to vacuum)-- once inside it was ok but the sliding glass doors and outside glass had evidently never been cleaned. There was so much stuff on the patio, Im surprised the hoa allowed it. Multiple chairs , multiple umbrellas . Same way with both closets inside, just a lot of junk in them. I tried moving things around so as to not see it everyday .Everything else about the complex was nice , great access to pool and beach

This place was nice but very small. I didn’t think that based on the images. It was also odd having steps leading up to our room and to the hallway to our room. It made it difficult to load luggage and our beach cart. Other than that, we enjoyed the location of staying at Beachhouse II.

Location great, home was missing a few things

The location was really great. Some issues with the gate code changing several times unexpectedly. Requested early occupancy which I was told would be 75 for checking in an hour early. In the end, this was resolved, though we still had to wait 15 minutes for the door lock to be reset. Some minor complaints: No squeegie for the glass shower door; no kitchen sink stopper, pizza pan, or oven mitts. No hairdryer, though that was in the fine print, my bad. I was actually glad the pool right outside our building was under construction as it might have been a little too close if it were full of people!Other than that, the beach was just a few steps away, the home decor was lovely and the home was clean.

We stayed for our 25th anniversary… we’ve stayed on the property many times and enjoy the ease and safety afforded there. Unfortunately, we missed the note about construction being done at the pool, so our view was not exactly the best, but the gulf and beach are always beautiful.

Access to the beach and pool area was amazing. The pool to the condo was under renovation, but there was another pool connected to the property with easy access. Once the pool is completed it will be amazing! The communication with the VRBO representative was amazing...quick responses and very helpful with all questions or issues!

The room was not as nice as prior reviews indicated. Room furniture in living room appeared outdated and older, outlet in bathroom did not work. Kitchen very small. Not enough towels and wash cloths for a family. Expected a lot better with all of the 10’s the room had received on Vrbo. Had a good view of the beach and close proximity to the beach and pool. Property manager appeared to be burdened for having to come out for maintenance item.

✨AMAZING ✨

I always search for way too long every time we come to the beach because we are SO picky about where we stay (the view, the beds, the couch etc.) We are a family of 4 (2 littles under the age of 6) and Lisa's home was perfect. The view of the ocean is lovely and there are palm trees right off your balcony which is so dreamy. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and had everything we needed to do so. We ate our breakfasts out on the balcony each morning. The beach chairs and toys were wonderful so we didn't have to lug those ourselves. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which I know sometimes can be hit or miss with places. We had a few questions pop up and Lisa was amazing at communicating with us. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Slice of Heaven!

This place was perfect for my family of 4! We want to return to this exact condo in the summer. With 2 little ones location is priority, we are always on the hunt for a place on the beach. This was perfect as it was 2 minute walk back to the room incase we forgot something. All of the renovated appliances worked perfectly, we didn't have any problems at all. The PM responded quickly to all of our questions. We felt safe during out entire stay! We will be back for sure! Thank you!!

What a beautiful place and area! Lisa was very attentive to our needs. Very clean condo with everything you need for your stay. There was 4 beach chairs. Which was very nice since there was 3 of us. The water at this beach is SO clear! One of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Thanks Lisa for letting us stay last minute! Sad we didn’t get to go to Ft Myers. But this made up for it a 100%!!

Great Host and Location!

The owner/host of the property is super and worth 5 stars. She communicated often and as needed. The Location is 5 stars! It is so close to where you park that it makes it super easy to get your belongings to and from the unit. The location to the pool and beach is perfect. Go down one floor and you are at pool and beach. That makes it so nice when you are packing beach chairs (which the host had in the unit) along with an umbrella and cooler. There were a few minor things in the unit that the owner's maintenance/cleaners overlooked (very minor) but I messaged the owner to let her know and she was very appreciative. She is an owner and uses this as her vacation home and allows others to use it through vrbo. She relies on the maintenance and cleaners to do what she expects. Sometimes, they overlook things and she is glad to know what they are so she can make sure they are corrected. Again, very minor. We would stay there again. They are remodeling the interior of the building so even the building itself is being updated. Her unit has already been updated.

What can I say? Condo was great (nice, clean, updated), Sandestin property was beautiful - great location, and Lisa could not have been a better host! Great stay in an awesome condo

This property was great. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is a must when we go anywhere, the location was great, and the view was awesome! The owner has beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use, so you don't have to worry about packing your own. Plenty to do at the resort other than just hitting the beach. 100% recommend and would stay there again
