We decided to do a local staycation to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The process to check in and gate/door codes was great. The room location on the 3rd floor was nice. The view from the patio was amazing. The condo itself seemed a little off. We understand it is the off season, but I was little disappointed in the overall state of the condo. Quick wall patch jobs from where the front door handle broke the drywall, a lot of missing paint and scuff parks throughout the living room, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom was big but the spring mattress was very uncomfortable and the think/flat pillows didn’t help. We had to move the bed out from the wall because every time you moved the metal headboard would hit the wall. The couch in the living room was worn down and the pillows were flat.The condo building did have construction going on but luckily it didn’t not impact us.Overall for a quick weekend it was ok.

The view was great. We were on the third floor and had a great view of the beach. The condo was very nice and clean and updated and we liked everything about it. Only suggestion is maybe a new mattress in the future.

Favorite condo we’ve stayed in

We come to Destin every year and due to spur of the moment planning we decided to stay a little further down in Miramar this year. We loved the layout of our room, so much space, very clean, and a beautiful picture window in our bedroom. Beach access is easy, parking was great, the golf course on the resort was nice! Owners were very communicative before and throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

A nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was supplied with everything that we needed, and more. The view of the beach was totally awesome and the palm trees at the window added a tropical feeling. It was very nice to be able to step out and just walk a few steps to the beach and the restaurant near the property made it very convenient. Communication with the property manager was top-notch. They always responded very quickly, however I had to call to get the code to enter the condo and the TV in the bedroom kept losing Wi-Fi. Other than that we had an awesome time, my husband and I. We stayed for four nights.

Water at Front door entry & leaky frig

Took 1st week 0f our vaca to get fixed so we were tied down waiting on maintenance people to fix issues. Second week was relaxing on the beach. Manager Tracy from Coastline Mge was helpful and gave us 50 Visa gift card & brought over ice bags for us having to wait on contractors on week one.

Everything was perfect. I will definitely stay again. Communication with the host and the management company was easy. Check-in was easy. The condo and location was perfect. Exactly how it was described. Parking was conveniently located close to the condo - The beach was steps away and the views from the balcony were amazing.

Very clean and great location. The only thing that may need attention is the sofa bed. All you feel are springs. I had to buy a blowup bed. Maybe a put a nice topper would help ir change the mattress, other than that very nice.

If you want to rest, do not rent in this condominium, especially because the manager does not care after making your reservation and the owner does not have the time to answer his phone and give you better service. They sent me an email 4 days before that the emergency stairs were under construction. and the truth is that the noise is very annoying and loud. The manager wanted to move me to a condo far from the beach in a bay or a lake... which is not what one pays to be in front of the sea, the rent is not cheap at all this month and even so they don't care

Great stay

Great location. Short walk to the beach and it was nice to have chairs already set up. The only negative would be that they put the chairs away at 5pm. I thought that was too early. Overall, wonderful condo with great views!

Great location!

Nice condo with views of the beach and water from both the living room and bedroom. 3rd floor so could opt for stairs when elevator was slow. Nice secure area with tram service to the wharf which was very nice. Communication with the property management was easy with timely responses. Not many options for tickets but the room was nicely equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys. Pool area was also nice.

Property manager is awesome

We had a small issue and the property manager with Coastline was wonderful! She was super responsive and arrived at the unit promptly to rectify the problem. Condo was wonderful. Had everything needed to cook meals/cocktail. Fridge ice maker was on the blink. That is the only thing I can complain about. So, that tells you our 2 weeks were FANTASTIC!

Nice condo but could use a new mattress

The condo was clean but I think some former guests must have broken glasses because the kitchen was lacking in that department. There were beer mugs, Pilsner glasses, and coffee cups. The construction on the building is WAY BEHIND SCHEDULE. For two of our days there were construction workers on a scaffold in front of our bedroom window.

Great spot!

Property was very nice! Perfect size for my husband and I. Enjoyed having my morning coffee out on the balcony over looking the ocean. Walking distance from the beach & so many restaurant/food options nearby. My only complaint was that the mattress was a bit hard & I wish the big window in our bedroom was cleaner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Last Minute Beach Getaway

Following a business trip to Destin my wife and I decided to stay a couple extra days and take advantage of the beach. This place was perfect; exceptionally clean, very well equipped, and both the living space and bedrooms had excellent views of the ocean. The finishes and furniture in the apartment were new, clean and modern. The AC worked really well. Access to the beach and the rest of the property was easy and secure. Being on the 3rd floor meant we didn't have to fuss with the constantly busy elevators. Parking was covered and close to the building lobby. Fantastic spot for a couple looking for a quick and easy beach getaway.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was exactly like in pictures. Very nice and clean, fully stock kitchen, bath, Beautiful views, cozy, and a great location. They had shuttles to and from a close by boardwalk. The management company was excellent on check in gave us information on the current events going on during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The only thing make sure to bring your own beach stairs if you don't want to rent. I think this condo is a newer rental so it don't have all the little extra stuff like some condo do.
