Great Getaway

We loved the Sandy Feet condo. From the moment we walked in we knew this was a special place. The condo is equipped with everything you could think of from beach chairs to coolers and even an inflatable boat ready to go. The place was up to date, cool, and comfortable. I’d stay here again!

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Our stay here in this fabulous home was incredible! From the excellent communication with the owners to the fantastic location, amenities, and thoughtful house setup, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need — from sand toys and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. If anything isn’t perfect, the owners are quick to respond. The beach is literally just steps away, the patio offers plenty of comfortable seating, and the pool is the perfect size, heated to perfection. We can't wait to visit again!

Post-Christmas family vacation

We had a wonderful stay right after Christmas! It’s an easy walk to the private beach and the neighborhood is really quiet. The weather didn’t cooperate otherwise we would have used the pool. We enjoyed using the kitchen and the grill.

We loves sandy feet beach retreat

We loved the house all the furnishings are beautiful and comfortable! Every bathroom has a full shower. The back deck has a great pool for kids and awesome lounge chairs 
. The beach is two seconds from the house and such a beautiful beach
 we had 9 adults and 7 kids with us and we never felt crowded, I definitely recommend

Great stay

We had 11 people, five adults and six kids and the space was great for us. We did have an issue with the pool heater a couple days into using it but they sent someone back out to fix it (we had two days of a cold pool). The beach access is perfect, the outside area was wonderful and the lotion was close to everything we needed.

Beautiful home

Two families stayed in this gorgeous house. Between us, we had many children under 12. Every person had a beautiful personal space and we had a blast in the pool and walking a short distance to the beach. The kitchen was great for cooking meals for everyone. We had a great experience and built lifetime memories. Fantastic!

This property is better than the pictures! The location is perfect. The rooms are spacious. The management team was very responsive. Unfortunately, we were there during a jet stream cold wave making it too cold to benefit from the heated pool. We can't wait to come back to experience all the property has to offer.

Gorgeous beach just steps away - Sets the bar for any future stay VERY high

I'm going to be honest... I don't know that I will ever be able to stay in a subpar vacation home again. This FELT like vacation. We fell in love with this property, the location, the deck/pool and the amenities. We had a couple of glitches (due to a contractor's inability to adhere to a deadline), but the owner made it right and was sincerely apologetic for the inconvenience. AND, the fully renovated bathrooms were absolutely worth it the minor check-in delay. This home is comfortable, beautifully decorated and FUN. The games, the layout (which felt very private, even with six adults and two children staying in it), the golf cart.... everything was designed in a thoughtful way to ensure the families staying there enjoy their stay. The proximity to the beach is mind-blowing. I don't think I wore shoes the entire stay, unless we left Shipwatch. You won't be disappointed. -Debi & Trent Easterday

Excellent choice!

We really enjoyed this property! The house is nicely redone and has great access to the beach. The grocery store is easily accessed with the provided golf cart as well as limited restaurants. We had to Uber to most eateries though. The small pool is good for small children. The beach and ocean are excellent. The community is quiet and comfortable.

Awesome really lovely house with Beach access. You can see both sunrise and sunset.

Beyond Blue vacation team went over and Beyond to make our stay wonderful. Love the heated swimming pool and nice deck with grill. Golf cart ride enjoyable and made it easy for us to get around. Beach chairs , umbrella, sand toys and cart to take them made us enjoy the beach more. Attic with 4 bunk beds and a balcony made great for kids hang out.

We loved the house. The location was great. Couple minute walk to the beach. Stores close by. Never even used the car, just the golf cart! Beach is gorgeous. We had a wonderful time!

Friend Beach Trip

We had a large group of friends stay at the house (18). We had a great time. Overall the property is great! There were a few hiccups, but the manager was very responsive and quick to answer questions or get things fixed. On our third night the upstairs AC stopped working, but someone was there first thing in the morning to fix it. Though it was a bummer the emergency AC service couldn’t come out that night. Was a little hot that night. The washing machine must be off balance and will “walk” itself out of its cubby while making loud noises. This happened a couple of times. Even when only 2-3 towels were in it. The golf cart was super convenient to have to run to get ice or whatever at the Winn Dixie which was very close. The extra parking mentioned is literally 2 spots at the front entrance gate and is usually occupied. If you have multiple cars that do not fit in the driveway, you must go park at Winn Dixie or elsewhere. We also had an issue with the beach chairs that come with the property. Make sure you tell the guys the nickname for the house and not just the address. Some of my friends didn’t know and ended up having to pay for the beach chairs. The pool was smaller than I thought. It looks bigger in pics though it was nice to have anyway and wasn’t really a problem just smaller than expected. Also make sure you know your gate code. When we arrived we were not asked for it, but later some of our party was and I had to look back and find that info. Overall would stay again, but maybe with a couple less people. House is definitely a nice size, but when everyone is downstairs can definitely get a little crowded. The house definitely met our needs and the beach is SO close that we didn’t even have to use the golf cart to shuttle people or items to the beach access. Was close enough to walk. Probably a 4 minute walk from front door to shoreline.

Vacation Stay

Property was in a perfect location, and besides a few hiccups it's a great place to stay! Upstairs bedroom has no bathroom, so you have to come down a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. Master bedroom shower 1 of the faucets didn't work right and the pool need a railing in it. One of the other bathroom toilets wasn't totally connected to the floor so it wobbled using it. And you can't open one of the drawers in kitchen without opening the dishwasher door first. These are all things that can be easily fixed. But overall it was a great stay and we all had a great time.
