Booking Details Max occupancy: 14 Minimum age to rent: 25 Groups: No student or chaperoned groups. Parking: You’ll have 3 dedicated parking spaces in the driveway for your vehicles. The golf cart already at the home has its own designated space and does not count toward your 3 spaces. Please note that any additional golf carts you rent will count as one of your 3 parking spaces. Dogs: Dog-friendly, maximum of two dogs, for an additional $150 per dog. Please follow leash laws and pick up after your pet. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received within 60 days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment. For cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in, a processing fee may apply. Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home or in any outdoor areas.
