This review is based on what we’d expect for a house of this caliber and cost. We would not recommend to family or friends. When we arrived at the property, the first thing we noticed was that the digital lock was broken. Then when we walked into the hallway bathroom, and there was a long hair draped across the toilet seat, making us question the sanitation of the property. While the behavior of the neighbors is not directly the owners fault, there were nearly 30 people being loud and rambunctious to the point that we feared leaving property unlocked. We were not offered a spare key since there was no lock box on the property, so we had to wait 24 hours before we could leave with the house fully locked (front and back). The lock was fixed in the evening hours of the next day. We felt like we lost an entire day of an important day of a family vacation.We privately reached out asking for a small refund, but were met with only apologies. It does not seem like anyone did the diligence check to make sure the house was ready for our arrival.
