Choose Sealords - it is in an idyllic setting

Tim was very warm, kind & welcoming from our arrival at Sealords and extremely helpful throughout. On arriving, we were given a detailed run through of our room, all the amenities available along with a clear explanation of activities / walks nearby all annotated on a map which made it easy to navigate, plan and explore Mission Beach.Tim is clearly passionate on ensuring guests are comfortable and providing excellent service and hospitality. We enjoyed our stay in The Ulysses Room which was well proportioned, tastefully decorated & had all you could need and more. It is a bonus to have Netflix as a option. The room has a Nespresso machine & a good sized fridge which had free bottled water & other drinks available to purchase. Fresh milk, a range of teas & Nespresso pods were also provided. The daily free chocolate from Charley’s (locally sourced) was a nice touch which we looked forward to having in the afternoon / evening and enjoyed 😋 - thank you. The bathroom was modern, had a separate bath and twin shower heads and also provided all you would need including sunscreen & insect repellent for guests to use. Sealords provides good quality bath towels which were changed each day and separate towels are also provided in the bathroom to use on the beach / for swimming. Laundry facilities are available for guests with there being a coin operated washing machine & separate dryer ($5 each) I have no hesitations in recommending Sealords for a place to stay in Mission Beach

Just awesome!

Fantastic B&B. It felt like a 5star hotel and we were treated like VIPs. The room was very clean and a very comfy bed. Its a 1 minute walk to the beach and the breakfast was great too. You even have netflix and a great WiFi connection

Excellent stay

Enjoyable stay with great hosts - recently refurbished room, excellent wifi and Netflix on demand. Lovely pool area, lots of off street parking, close to town. Excellent fresh breakfast made with cafe.

“Treehouse” with all the luxuries.

Tim & Steve greet you with a smile and have all the local knowledge to make your stay a great experience. You can do a little or a lot in the the surrounding areas. Great location but having a car is ideal if you want to explore the rain forest walks and watering holes for a swim. The room was luxurious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was ample and beautifully presented. Late night dips in the pool was just what was needed at the end of a hot day. Sealords was a great start to our honeymoon trip. We really relaxed.

Family trip of a lifetime

We had a wonderful stay with the Lords in the Captains cabin. They were friendly and very accommodating (as we needed to leave early one morning to go on a trip). The breakfasts were wonderful and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We even swapped some recipes (thank you Sharon!). We would highly recommend this location.

Delightful treasure in Mission Beach

By far the best value for the money and location we experienced in all of Queensland. Every detail, from a selection of candles and delightful bath salts for the jacuzzi tub, to the pristine beauty of the swimming pool, to the homemade jams and Australian coffee and breakfast was superb. Great location, excellent and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Wonderful short stay

Sealords is a very comfortable and functional B&B tucked away a short distance from the main centre of North Mission Beach. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming from the outset. The room we used was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. The onsuite was equally clean and very spacious. The breakfast was of high quality, and provided a great balance of fresh fruit, cereal and cooked english style main. Coffee and tea was made to order. Whist not utilised, the pool was clean, of good size and secluded by tropical plants to add to the tropical feel. An excellent stay.

Excellent!

The only criticism is that it’s just outside the main area of mission beach. Otherwise it’s absolutely perfect - it’s clean, spacious, well maintained, the owners are wonderful hosts, the bed is big and comfortable, the bathroom is fantastic, there’s off street parking, the breakfast was wonderful and overall it was a delightful experience!

Wonderful place to stay!

Can't say enough good things about this B & B. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Home made goodies every day for our tea. The breakfasts so delicious with fresh fruit and juice! The way we were taken care of was more what you would expect visiting family. If you are looking for clean, comfortable lodgings, surrounded by people who are kind and caring, look no further. Brilliant Host

Host was superb, made us cups of tea and gave us home made cake on arrival. Even gave us a lift to eateries and picked us up to save us walking in the dark. She took us round the garden pointing out interesting stick insects etc.

Tolles B&B!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und erstmal zum Afternoon-Tea eingeladen. Überhaupt war die Betreuung sehr familiär. Das Sonntags-Special-Frühstück (Banana-Pancakes) wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben! Nur zu empfehlen!

Perfect for a night or a few. 5 star room and on suite. Close drive to town and walk to beach. Owners lovely and friendly. Would stay here again. Would recommend for any anniversary or special get a way.

Highly recommend!

Lovely staff, they are extremely hospitable. The rooms are spacious and very relaxing - the bathroom is pristine and massive bonus points for black towels. They have thought of everything! The location is nice and nestled away just off the main road. Everything is very accessible. Will definitely stay again.
