We had an incredible stay at Greg‘s lovely home. You are close to everything you’d want to see/do in Moab including Arches NP and Canyonlands NP. The home itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 teens. Greg’s place is by far the most well-equipped vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen is superbly equipped and had everything we needed to prepare a nice Christmas dinner. There are multiple coffee stations, 2 sets of laundry machines, 2 refrigerators, towels just for the hot tub, and a stash of water bottles and insulated coffee mugs to borrow. Greg was an excellent host and communicator, and was very accommodating of our schedule changes. Highly recommend, and hope to stay there again!

We chose the right place to stay in Moab

Our group of 7 senior siblings enjoyed a great stay at this home in Moab. It has a good location - close to attractions and restaurants. The kitchen, dining and great room areas provide a comfortable open meeting space. There are lots of windows and outdoor seating with nice views. The house came equipped with everything we needed - and more. Beds comfortable and nice bedding and towels. Highly recommend.

Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in!!

We love this area and have stayed here before, but this house had everything. Plenty of room, great entertaining space outdoor area was amazing and the owners thought of everything!! Very impressed, would highly recommend and will stay here again!!’

Lovely Moab Retreat

We can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property in Moab. Our group included 5 adults and 2 toddlers. We enjoyed the 4 bedrooms with very comfortable king and queen beds. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. The porch which included a grill and fire pit was closed in so it was the toddlers' favorite place to play safely. It was a very nice touch to have toys, a Pack and Play for the 18 month old, and also a gate we could use at the top of the stairs. The 2 washers and 2 dryers were very convenient to have. The spa outside on the lower patio was appreciated by our adult group members. All of the furnishings were up to date and very nice. The amazing variety of coffee pot types was appreciated. The owner was very responsive to questions about the property and how things worked. The location was perfect for trips to Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands. We would definitely rent this property again.

Beautiful house

The quality of the house and every amenity inside and outside of it are top notch. The house guide book was awesome. Instructions were clearly printed out and labeled. The owners, Gregg and Suzanne, made sure we felt right at home. Absolutely loved the house, the Moab area and the hosts!! Stayed at 6 other homes over a three week period. This house was far and away the winnner!

1st Time Guest

Process from beginning to end was easy. Owners are super responsive. Amenities were great and house was suitable for four couples. All guests commented the property was great and would rent again. House is clean and comfy and stocked. The only downside main area is upstairs so if anyone has limitations to use stairs, this property might not be suitable. This house location is not far from Arches.

Moab Jeep Adventure

Very well outfitted home for 4 couples and their Jeeps. Guests reported beds were comfortable and baths were well supplied. There were only two large trash bags with the one trash can in the garage so we were running up to the dumpster with smaller bags. Also had someone drive by on Thursday and take pictures of our cars parked on the curb in front....not sure what that was about as website says parking available there. Overall, a very nice property. We did not use the hot tub, fire pits, barbeque or community swimming pool so not rating those. Moab is a world class off-road destination and we all agreed we will be back!

Everything you need!

Lovely home, great layout, comfy beds, amazing outdoor spaces! This home was so well stocked with everything in bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and pantry. So much attention put into providing everything a guest might need. Location is great, neighborhood was nice and quiet. And we loved Moab and will be definitely be back. 10/10 on this property and owner/manager ❤️

Beautiful and perfect for groups!

The home was beautiful and very well stocked! 9 adults fit very comfortably and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out in the living room and kitchen area. The house was stocked with everything you could need plus some! The host, Greg was very accommodating and let us check in early and check out late! The location was also great. It’s about 10 minutes from the main strip in Moab. And there are beautiful views all around the house. Cannot recommend staying here enough!

Wonderful Stay in Moab

We had the best time at this home in Moab. It was very well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked with every appliance you can think of and we ate at home many nights because of it. The sheets and towels we very high quality and there were plenty of towels for the hot tub, which we used every night after our days of hiking. There are 2 washers and dryers, which made it easy to keep clean clothes ready for everyone in our group. Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Delightful Thanksgiving with Family

We had a wonderful stay in Moab over Thanksgiving. This place is super well equipped for making a large meal, you will not need to bring any cooking supplies. Everyone in our group commented that this was the most well stocked plane we’ve ever stayed at. Greg was easy to communicate with and everything in the listing is accurate. We would stay here again without any degree of hesitation.

Beautiful place. Nice linens and pillows. Everything is well thought of and well stocked. Kitchen has every appliance imaginable. We had 4 vehicles and 3 trailers and there was plenty of parking and easy access. Would stay again!

This property in Moab was amazing!! Was the most well appointed house we have ever stayed in in the last 5 years. Every detail was thought about from kitchen equipment to beverage centers to laundry facility to outdoor patio enjoyment. All linens and bedrooms/bathrooms were equally well appointed and thought through. We were comfortable the moment we arrived. Location equally convenient to all parks and restaurants but with a nice amount of quiet and privacy from town. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Home away from home!!

Greg was very pleasant to communicate with. He responded quickly with a question we had for him. Greg also provided lots of local information that was helpful for groceries, sightseeing, etc. I have never stated in a rental that had so many thoughtful touches. Towels for makeup, the kitchen was spectacular for cooking, with every kitchen tool you’d need to prepare a great meal and a huge dining table that seats 10-12. Toiletries if you forgot something at home at least for a day or two. Board games, fire pit, jacuzzi all available to enjoy. We can’t wait to come back! Oh, and the laundry room is amazing! Double washers and dryers helped get our groups clothes cleaned quickly after a long ride on the rental RZRs. Also, great instructions on how to use the amenities and checking out. Thank you Greg for the beautiful home you and your wife allowed us to enjoy! 10 stars for for sure!!

We had a group of eight stay at the house for the weekend. Greg mentioned that he stocked house with goodies and that's an understatement. The house is well stocked with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. In fact we booked the house for next year the second day we were there.

Moab Wheeling trip

This was the perfect property for us. It was the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. There were multiple stocked coffee stations, plenty of dishes and toiletries. The showers had quality soaps and shampoos. It all surpassed our expectations. The house is conveniently located close to trails and just far enough out of town and off highway to be quiet. There was plenty of room for jeeps, trucks and trailers. I would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic Moab retreat

My family absolutely loved our stay at Greg’s house. The house is gorgeous and in a quiet neighbourhood, just a ten minute drive from the centre of Moab. It was so well-appointed, with every kitchen gadget one could wish for, and every convenience, from a double laundry room to an outdoor hot tub including thick towels, to beautiful bathrooms and everything you could wish for in a kitchen. We cooked at home every evening and my daughter was so taken she baked two desserts for us every night. As a family, we had a fabulous time together, and would definitely rent here again if we ever come back to Moab.
