« My stay in Cool breeze Hotel, was disappointing. I was asked to pay extra amount for AC. Which was already payed for on Hotels.com. I was told if I do not pay the extra cost for air conditioner they will not check me in. I paid it and asked Hotels.com for a refund, unfortunately the Hotels.com was also not helpful in my case. »

« Do NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotel »
