This was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived late at night after a flight, I discovered that the hotel had scheduled a water shutdown between 00:00 and 04:00. As a result, I was unable to shower, brush my teeth, or even access drinking water after a long journey. Had I been informed about this in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel. Unfortunately, despite raising the issue with the hotel, they declined to offer any form of compensation or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Clear communication about planned maintenance that significantly affects basic amenities is essential.
