« Nice cozy and werm get away night with friends ... agent are very helpfull in responding in requests. This is my first time booking thru this way without front desk, i even have to ask the visitor how to unlock the room door because there is no press bottom on ther room door. The room temperature is very high when we got there and have to request to reduce. Not sure you needed to request your desired room temperature before you go otherwise everything is goods, they got everything you needed. »
