« The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. Itâs a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my sonâs birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff. Additionally, the Edison restaurant was a big disappointment. Our waiter rushed us through our dinner, even though there were very few guests in the restaurant....

« An excellent hotel in the center of town, easy walking, great staff, parking is easy, and the room was just great. Would come back again in a heartbeat. »

« The owner and the manager are incredibly warm and welcoming. The place is absolutely charming and everything is making you feel at home, and better! From breakfast to the late afternoon wine and cheese, it is like joining a club and sing immediately welcome into it. »
