„Host was incredibly helpful as we navigated the immense damage due to Hurricane Helene. He was great about moving our dates forward and put us in a bigger house due to the original house still needing repair. Mike and his property manager Cara are excellent. Great team. They were quick to fix things and wanted feedback so they could continue to recover from the damage. Asheville needs tourists and they are open! We had a wonderful weekend strolling downtown and visiting the Grove Park Inn. ...

„The place was lovely. Perfect for our overnight stay. Convenient to town. The views were beautiful. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the hike to Jump Off Rock from the property. I’d rate the hike as short (took us less than 20 minutes) but definitely moderate in spots. (Not a leisurely stroll). We’d definitely recommend Nathan’s place. “

„ The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again.“

„The property at Riverfront Retreat provided a nice place to stay while exploring the area. It is located right off 19 which is the main road into Bryson City and can also take it to Cherokee.It is an older house in a quiet neighborhood.There is a nice spacious living area with an open kitchen. „Great communication with host. Didn't realize there was a lower unit that is also rented out but no issues with the tenants. Parking in the driveway is definitely tricky as is getting out of the driveway and turned around, but again, no true issue, just tricky. House was lovely with all necessary bedding, pillows, towels, soaps, etc. Location allowed us easy access to town or hiking. “

„Great house, great location, beautiful view, comfy beds. My only suggestion would be to please get better curtains for the sliding door in the primary bedroom. They don’t close all the way and let lots of light in early in the morning, had to hang towels to cover gaps“
