Worst Experience Ever
I booked 2 houses next to each other a month and a half in advance of our trip and our credit card was charged at that time. When I contacted the owner with a question 2 weeks before our trip, I was told the property was double booked and not available. The property we ended up getting in place of the 2 houses was advertised as a 4 bedroom with 4 king beds and a fenced in yard. It ended up being 4 bedrooms, 2 kings and 2 queen beds. The yard was fenced, NOT fenced in. There was no working lighting out front or in the backyard for taking the dogs out at night. The access code didn't work and we had to contact the owner to get it to work. The floors were so dirty our white socks were grey after an hour of walking on them. When we tried to use the washer, it flooded the floor and we had to deal with maintenance personal and a plumber on vacation. We realized the dryer was plugged later too. It took almost 4 hours to dry one load. My husband and I had the master bedroom with a walk in closet with a shelf above the closet rods. We put our clothes on the shelves because there was only 7 hangars in the closet. The next day we realized that the top of the shelves were so dusty it left our clothes unwearable, and you couldn't wash them because of the washer and dryer issues. They supplied a coffee maker, coffee and creamers, but no coffee cups. We mentioned it to the owners and they said they would get some for us. That never happened for the 8 days we were there. Very disappointing!
