Property is pristine and private, pond is gorgeous, they generously provided wood for campfire, bed is comfy, the porch is perfect, and the TVs and temp control in the airstream are a nice touch. However, the experience seems like a work in progress and improvements would make it better, listed as follows: While hiking was encouraged, there was no property map provided, even after asking (they said one was not available yet). The water pump was not working very well so the water in the sinks, toilet, and shower was an orangish brown trickle, which disallowed shower usage, washing our dishes, and made toilet flushing kind of gross. The communication was very sparse, and multiple texts to the phone number provided in the guest guide went unanswered, the only response I got was after searching for a different phone number on VRBO / expedia. A woman showed up on property 30 minutes before our scheduled checkout and she started to set up for a yoga class - which was not communicated to us. There was no follow up with us upon departure so it left me wondering if our booking was accidental. All in all we still enjoyed it and this will be a stellar experience once the communications and water pump are improved.
