We're talking a massive two-story deck, hot tub under the stars, fireplaces galore, an epic game room, and peaceful pond views. All this with paved road access and downtown Blue Ridge less than 15 minutes away!

**SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS**

There's room for the whole crew! The Aviary features 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 3 full bathrooms (one on each floor).

- **Bedroom 1 | Main Floor:** 1 Queen bed
- **Living Room | Main Floor:** Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress
- **Bedroom 2 | Upper Floor:** 1 King bed + private balcony with daybed. *Open-concept bedroom without a door.*
- **Loft | Upper Floor:** Queen sleeper with memory foam mattress and privacy curtains
- **Bedroom 3 | Lower Floor:** Twin-over-full bunk bed + twin trundle
- **Game Room | Lower Floor:** Queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress

**THE SPACE**

**Outdoor Living:** Two expansive decks, a private hot tub, plenty of lounging space, outdoor dining, propane and charcoal grills, and gorgeous wooded views. Wander down to the pond or gather around the fire pit for s'mores and stories under the stars.

**Game Room:** Let the games begin! Challenge your crew to pool, air hockey, or classic arcade favorites like Pac-Man and Tetris. Reclining sofas and a Smart TV make this the ultimate hangout.

**Movie Theater:** Lights, camera, movie night! Sink into one of 6 recliners and enjoy your favorite films on a massive 100-inch TV with immersive surround sound. Grab the popcorn, get cozy, and let the movie marathon begin!

**Living Room:** Cozy cabin vibes without sacrificing comfort. Curl up by the fireplace, binge your favorite shows, or enjoy a slow morning with coffee and a view.

**Kitchen & Dining:** Fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Whether you're cooking a holiday feast or assembling a charcuterie board, we've got you covered.

- Paved road access makes getting here a breeze.
- RVs and mobile homes may only be parked on-site for up to 48 hours.
- Our recent renovation included changes to the sleeping arrangements. Please review them carefully before booking.
