« We arrived and were told to park in a certain parking spot, but that if someone was in it, just park somewhere else, that they didn't police it (what's the point of having assigned parking). The place is old and tired (rotting siding, balconies need staining, etc.)and looks it. We get in the room and the remote for the bedroom TV was way under the bed and then that TV didn't work (They did come and fix it right away). « Overall the stay was okay. Checking in and paying cash was a problem for the night manager, he was extremely rude and not welcoming. Bed was terrible, but room was spotless. Extremely clean, the rest of the staff over the next few days were good. Talked with the marketing manager and the GM about our issues with the night manager, they went above and beyond to try to make up for it. (We stayed there to meet someone to purchase a puppy.
