« The cabin is wonderful. Very cute and decorted to make it sooo cozy. Loved the hot tub and the rocking chairs on the porch. Did get to see a barge on the river. Only complaint is the yard needs weedeated. Cant really mow it so weedeat it and cut some low limbs and it would be perfect. »

« We enjoyed the house, the deck was awesome, the main drawback was having only 1 bathroom, for a place that big you would expect 2 bathrooms. It was just myself & my husband who stayed if the other family had come, 1 bathroom would have been a big problem. »

« Me and my wife were looking for a nice weekend getaway. And found Gwen and Bear’s Cabin listed. The Cabin is right down the mountain from Petit Jean State Park. Which was exactly what we were looking for! The privacy of the cabin and the woods and small stream next to the cabin were also great! All around was an awesome experience and we will definitely be booking again! »

« We planned to stay at this little cabin to view the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. Planning about 1 1/2 years ahead of time we were hoping for good weather. The weather was perfect as was the cabin. We love the little fishing pond and the quite of the mountain. Morning sunrises beautiful. The cabin had anything you may need including a nice spice selection. Everyone in Arkansas, from the moment we crossed across the Arkansas state line, was nothing but kind, hospitable and courteous. We will be back...

« My sister and I chose a half-way destination for a short trip. Since we both live in large cities, we enjoyed the privacy and location of this cabin. We brought our outdoor chairs and enjoyed viewing the trees from the back deck. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils and pans. The park was well maintained and the decor of the cabin was modern and pleasant. »

« Cozy, super clean cabin, excellent hosts, beautiful views and creek to explore. We visited Arkansas for the solar eclipse and it did not disappoint. Host made us a meal the day we arrived, muffins and jams, fresh eggs and bacon. Wonderful experience. »
