„We loved 10 Central Ave! Walking distance to Prebbleston shops and bars, and really close to our family just around the corner. On entering the property it is clean, heated and ready for our stay. The little (actually big) touches; complimentary snacks and drinks were a hit with us. The Games room was very popular, and when we were 'home' that's where we spent most of our time. We can wait for another occasion whereby we will need group accommodation - PLUX stays will be a priority. “

„Prior to confirming the booking, I asked about heating as it is middle of Winter in Christchurch and we were traveling from Queensland Australia for a funeral.Upon our arrival on Friday night, we were welcomed with an overflowing rubbish bin directly next to the back door that we had key access to.Upon entering the property, we switched on the two only heat pumps one located in the hall and one in the dining area. No heating in either the 2 lounges or the 3 bedrooms.The hallway one worked fine ...
