« Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain. The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa. They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too. »

« For the price point per night this hotel needs some major upgrades/renovations to the rooms. Very outdated, breakfasts were good and staff were nice. »

« Nice and quiet place but not worst the price due to a service not appropriate for this standard (friendly and nice staf but who are undertrain unfortunatly). Retaurant is not at the standard as well. »
