« The cabin had everything needed for the stay and I was very pleased! The temperatures got a little lower than expected and the host anticipated this and left out an additional heater just in case but the unit was perfect regardless. The dock was perfect and peaceful, would definitely book here again if coming back to the area. Great location overall. Cabin was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend! And the host reached out before the stay, left a note inside and really made me feel welcome!...

« Very clean with various stay over amenities. It was mentioned prior to our stay that the circular staircase was steep and narrow, it was, so only I went up to the loft, carefully. For younger people it would be okay. Other than the steep property and stairs it was very comfortable though a bit off the beaten path for an overnight stay traveling south over a period of days. »

« The property is a bit too rustic. One set of the stairs on the front porch are slippery and unsafe. The house is cute and well furnished. I didn’t realize the stairs inside would be so narrow and the upstairs rooms so small. The bathrooms are tiny.My biggest problem: ants. Big ants. I told the host and nothing was done for my 3 night stay. There were other problems too. I wouldn’t recommend this property. »

« It’s a beautiful home, with comfortable beds and very nice amenities! However, the location to Highlands was misrepresented on their listing. It’s actually a 45 minute drive, minimum, not 10 minutes as posted. That happened to be very inconvenient . They also experienced a cleaning issue and unfortunately we came in behind someone who brought a dog (no pet policy).
