„⚠️ WARNING – VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! ⚠️ We arrived at this property in the Poconos around 8 PM, and from the moment we walked in, we were extremely disappointed. There was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the rooms, the door was broken, and the hot tub was not ready to use and needed hours to heat up. Because of the condition of the property, we decided to leave the very next morning around 9 AM. Afterward, the owner tried to charge us for damages that, from our experience, were already ...

„A quiet peaceful escape to the Poconos. Fantastic beds and great black out blinds for sleeping. Huge tv for watching college football games be sure to bring your subscriptions. Plenty for small kids to do,“

„This was a great place to spend my 60th birthday! House is beautiful roomy and clean n we left it clean! Will rent again“

„If reliable air conditioning is important to you, I would not recommend staying here.We arrived to find the house around 80F because all of the A/C units were turned off. We were sweating as soon as we walked in, and despite following the host’s instructions, the mini-split system never worked properly. What looks like a basement is actually the first floor. The kitchen, living room bathroom and bedroom are all on the second floor. I have bad knees so I couldn’t navigate those stairs comfortably. Also no closets. I reached out to VRBO and the owner to at least refund the cleaning cost to no avail. This property is NOTHING as ...

„The property itself was beautiful on the interior. We had a lot of problems with the front gate and getting people inside the gated community. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RECEPTION FOR CELL PHONES AT ALL SO IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANYBODY STUCK AT THE FRONT GATE. WE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW PEOPLE WERE STUCK THERE UNTIL THEY WERE BACK ON THE HIGHWAY WHERE YOU COULD GET RECEPTION. WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF SIX CARS ALLOWED FOR THE PROPERTY. The check-in process with the front ...
