„alles bestens. Super Personal...sauber und Top Zimmer“

„Le “tea time” était juste parfait “

„Came back again for 10days more before my travel end. We saw this ladys again happy smiling faces Hopefully we will see th em again. Thanks again shame n Jessica. Ps Hotel management is well qualified Thanks. “

„Great location, massive rooms. Needs better maintenance. “

„Thanks a lot westin,“

„Location was great, right in the heart of the city. Walkable to many malls, cafes and entertainment places. Only con was that there were quite a number of beggars around the area. Room was clean and big (was in the basic room with no window but not an issue since it was intended to ensure we won't hear the noise). However sound proofing could be better for the door, cos we could hear when people outside the corridor but it wasn't disruptive. Don't think I could hear my neighbours in their room ...

„we have booked a expensive room category. We checked in after check in time, but room was not ready. So we checked in two hours later. When entering the room we wanted to use our private pool in the room. However, we could not feel save as the cables of the lamp were visible. The hotel managed our complaint very badly. So we were very unhappy with this hotel in regards of room condition and service.“

„The hotel lobby and upper deck/lounge area are nice...but the rooms are not. They are in need of some TLC....there is a lot of mildew in the shower and when the AC is on, a musty smell (which often implies mold in/near the air flow pipes). The rooms are spacious, but not well thought-out. There is no place to put your things (had to live out of the suitcase) and the 'Monkey Bars' though cute, have 2 hangers, 2 hooks, and a 3kg limit. The internet is ok, but not strong enough for video meetings ...

„Sehr zentrale Lage“
