„This property should not be rentable. We booked it for a 1-week family vacation based on photos, but it smelled of stale air and mould. Despite being “professionally cleaned,” we had to sweep, clean the BBQ, and scrub the oven ourselves. The furniture was old and musty, the bedrooms had poor DIY fixes, and a kitchen drawer was falling apart.
