Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
The room was nothing like the pictures on their website and was not cleaned well. The commode was dirty, the shower had hair in it and the floor was filthy. I expected a renovated room because i paid extra for deluxe. The room was dated, had a broken and unstable chairs at the dining table, filthy furniture. The only thing that was clean and acceptable was the bed. The ceiling was peeling in multiple areas. When i went to complain to management the office was closed. So i proceeded to clean the room myself. The next day, i spoke with a gentleman in the office who advised me they would speak to manager. No one ever got back to me in regards to my complaints about the room. I noticed an awful smell in the room and blamed it on my 2 boys. (One being lactose intolerant and eating ice cream had gas) On the 3rd night, i discovered the rotten egg smell was coming from the vent in the bdrm. No one was in the office, so i notified security. Security couldn't do anything but let me borrow a portable heater. The next morning, i stopped in the office and was advised someone would look into it. I never heard anything else about it. This was my absolute worst experience ever at a hotel. I dealt with the situation as best as i could to not let it ruin my vacation. The room was non refundable, and with xmas being the prior week, i just couldn't afford to go somewhere else. I was healing from surgery on my foot and not able to get around well. Don't stay here. Location is only positive.
