« L’hôtel est très confortable et bien localisé just à côté du old Mystic village. La piscine un peu petite et pas très propre mais peut-être aussi parce qu’il y avait beaucoup de monde. Le petit déjeuner, décevant car peu de choix mais le yaourt frais très original ! »

« The property was resealing the driveway and painting parking lines. Our room smelled strongly of petroleum. We were on the first floor with the common area outside our window. People played loud music late into the night. The room was mainly clean, but the bedspread had dribbled coffee stains on it in multiple places. Breakfast was okay. Had multiple to-go choices. »

« We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return. »
