Location location location! This house is located on the sound with water views from every window, 5 minutes drive to beach access, a few minutes from the wonderful Lone Cedar restaurant, easy to get into Manteo. Walk to ski doo rentals. Spacious, clean, wonderful beds, well equipped kitchen, sparkling pool, 3 decks, a second living area on the first floor, 4 coffee pots (2 Keurig, 2 drip) so you can make decaf and caf at the same time, tons of closet and cupboard space, games, nice breeze keeping the bugs away. Beach chairs and umbrella, paddle board, dock with seats. Totally wonderful, probably the best house we ever rented. One nit - if you are a short or old person, you may want to take a booster of some sort to get into the extra high beds. I used the short step ladder from the kitchen. You won't be sorry if you rent this amazing house!
