Great Place

There were 8 of us and a 3 year old, plus we had 2 pets. Our place was perfect with sleeping on 3 floors and each room had their own bathroom so we could all be together on the main floor and also enjoy privacy. Our place was beautiful, and the amenities unbelievable with a pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, a pool table, laundry and toys, books, puzzles and games. We were only three minutes from the beach and restaurants, sights and miniature golf were only a short drive. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Management was friendly, courteous and quick if we needed any help or had any questions. Mi Casa Su Casa was much more than I imagined a truly wonderful home away from home vacation that I can’t wait to experience again!

Great Location with All the Amenities

The house is great...LOTS OF STAIRS! Loved having individual bathrooms in bedrooms...Showers were disappointing. Intermittent hot water. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Had to call rental office once and they were super pleasant and sent someone right away Would rent again.

Wonderful OBX Nags Head Stay

Wonderful house close to the beach (<5 min walk). Exactly as described and love the a bathroom for every bedroom feature. Tip - use the outdoor shower as it stayed the hottest and has amazing pressure. Hot tub and pool (salt water) were wonderful. No issues with property or the management company - great communication and instructions. Everyone from 15-60 years old enjoyed the place and the Roku TV made it easy to watch Olympics during rainy periods!

Great stay!

Place was great, it had the usual wear and tear but nothing we didn't expect. Service team was awesome... the oven wasn't working first day (Sunday), they had a tech there figuring it out within 15 minutes of texting them. Pool guy showed up a couple of times, very responsive throughout the week.

Sibling Trip

The house was quite comfortable and roomy for our group of three couples & two singles. Conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and the bike path. The pool area was very nice. The house could use a larger 2nd refrigerator on the ground level.

Great house and location

First time to outer banks, this house is beautiful, nicely designed, and in a wonderful location. Very close access to a public beach, close to the walking/biking path and nice ice cream shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. My only complaints were that some of the amenities didn't work or were broken and check in is late in the day and check out is very early. When coming from out of state like us, much of our day was consumed with travel on the check-in and checkout days. Overall, still had a wonderful experience and a great vacation. Very thankful for me casa su casa to build more family memories.

Excellent visit to OBX

Our party of 8 stayed at the property for a week. Upon arrival, it was very clean & well appointed throughout. The check-in instructions were easy to follow & we encountered no issues. The house is beautiful
even better than pictures. The location is also fantastic
within easy walking distance to the beach, two parks/playgrounds, and multiple restaurants. We didn’t need to drive further than 10mins from the house throughout our stay. The backyard area is also beautiful
pool, hot tub & yard were used daily throughout our stay. The owner’s pool toys, beach cart, chairs & accessories were all in very good condition. Minor suggestions / issues: 1. The refrigerator water filter needs to be replaced. Water couldn’t be dispensed from the refrigerator during our visit. We bought bottles instead
Wasn’t a major problem. 2. The basement fire alarm batteries expired in the middle of the night, which set off the test alarm & woke up everyone in the house. Bad timing, but it happens. 3. The house is located near an outdoor wedding venue. On our first night (Saturday), there was an extremely noisy wedding that lasted until 11pm. Not something the owner can control, but beware if you’re traveling with young kids during wedding season. The property was very quiet during the remainder of the week. Overall, it was a great visit & definitely a place where we’d consider staying again in the future.

Very nice pet friendly home

The home was very nice for a pet friendly home. It’s an older home and needs some TLC but overall good condition. I feel it was way over priced tho considering other homes I’ve rented. It’s a short walk to the beach access about 5 minutes. The pool was wonderful and has a large fenced in yard. There were a few issues like burned out lights that required a ladder to reach and toilets that did not work. ( the house has LOTS of bathrooms on each floor) but it really wasn’t an issue. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was pretty well stocked. Except for coffee cups. We had to share. Who doesn’t have tons of coffee cups in their kitchen? TV remotes were impossible to figure out and don’t run the dishwasher before bed, it’s possessed! Deck chairs need fixin!!

Family Beach Week

This property has an excellent location and plenty of room. We enjoyed the stay and would return. Some additional effort would enhance the property such as repair of broken deck chairs. Outside caretakers were responsive to wasps in the spa enclosure, treatment was mostly effective. The grill is now on the deck on the top floor, works great, and was very useful.

Outer Banks Home

Mi Casa was a beautiful home very close to the beach 2 minute walk. Pool and Hot tub came in handy after the beach. Only real issue we had was the information we were sent about check in/wifi/check out procedures were different then what was in the house. We had to call for assistance on wifi. Sink in king bedroom on 2nd floor had a leak. Supposedly they called a plumber. Never came luckily my husband could fix. All in all a very nice vacation with family. Would definitely visit the outer banks again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great Casa

This is a great place to stay on the Outer Banks. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. The house was clean and comfortable. The yard was fenced which made it nice since we were able to bring our dogs. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and very relaxing. The mater bedroom was relaxing and we slept great on the mattress. The kitchen was open and had plenty of storage and cookware. When we arrived the A/C wasn't working correctly. The management company had a window unit installed within an hour and an HVAC technician came first thing on Monday morning to fix the A/C. The property company followed up to make sure everything was working properly. The management company was so nice to work with- from booking, to using their app to check-out. We would definitely rent this home again. Thanks for a great experience.

Summer vacation 2019

Easy check-in place was clean, needed a last floor mop, A/C was cold, rooms were as described and the pool was a great option. Indoor on rainy afternoons was ok, lots of games and space for everyone. We couldn't cast to TV but, we did bring a connectable device but that was for only one room since we could not connect to services on TV's. probably a security thing? But overall we had a great time the place was a nice beach retreat vaction.
