The Space:

Welcome to Shore Dreamin’! This brand-new 2026 coastal retreat is designed for families and groups to relax, gather, and enjoy all that Nags Head has to offer. With multiple levels, comfortable bedrooms, beautiful sound views, and fantastic indoor and outdoor amenities, there’s plenty of space for everyone.

Starting on the top level, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole group. The dining area seats 10, while the comfortable lounge offers a relaxing space to gather with beautiful sound views. The primary king suite is also located on this level and features a private ensuite full bathroom, and private sun deck overlooking the sound.

The mid level offers three additional bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms and a king bedroom with its own ensuite full bathroom. The two queen bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill full bathroom.

Head down to the ground level, where the fun continues in the game room featuring shuffleboard. A kitchenette with a bonus refrigerator keeps snacks and drinks close by, while ground-level access makes coming and going easy.

Outside, enjoy a large fenced-in yard and spacious outdoor decks with beautiful Currituck sound views. The private pool area features comfortable loungers, while the hot tub offers another place to unwind. An outdoor bar makes entertaining easy, and the BBQ grill is perfect for evening cookouts. The beach access is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the home.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.



**Pool will open May 1st and close mid October**



The Neighborhood:

Known for towering sand dunes in Jockey's Ridge State Park and along the coastline, Nags Head is a beach town on North Carolina's Outer Banks. Enjoy beautiful walks on woodsy paths or boardwalks, with plenty of local wildlife and greenery. A variety of shops, restaurants, and other excursions are available in addition to the natural environment.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
