Received an ADA room but didn’t book. Staff told me to contact Expedia instead of trying to accommodate me. ADA bathroom felt like I was in a hospital and the sink was cracked and falling apart. Location of room was near entrance and was super loud in the evenings. Walls weren’t very insulated- Could hear people walking around upstairs and was loud in the evenings. Wish the front desk would have at least tried to accommodate us instead of just having an ”oh well” attitude. Customer service was disappointing! Bright side: Beds were comfy - room was clean and hotel in a good location.
