« Very clear instructions and the system for entry, bathroom share, food, and laundry were perfect. There are cats (see pictures of their property), so be aware if you have allergies. Although, you'd have no idea they have any, the house is immaculate and no smells or hair! Very friendly owners. Would absolutely stay again. « I haven't been to Tacoma in quite a few years. The downtown was very, very clean. Did not see homeless. My wife and I walked about 15 minutes to 7 Seas brewing and it was fantastic. No issues walking there. Parking was very safe right next to the hotel. Walked down to the marina over the walking bridge, got some great pics. A great time. »

I was very disappointed for such a name brand as this with that kind of price tag on it. « L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

The neighborhood/surrounding areas were ghetto. It located next to and across from motels, auto shops, tire shops, loan cash store, a gun store, storage place, etc. There were food options around but I would recommend to drive there and lock the car door once you get in, just in case. »

There was only a little drawer that I had to pass the hotel manager my credit card and drivers license through that. No intercom so it was very hard to understand her. I’m just a person that would want to have the face to face interaction and not feel like a criminal trying to check in.
