Several of us were attending a conference in Nashville and found this townhouse. The house was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The beds were comfortable. Since the parking lot was gated, it felt safe. Weâd stay here again!!
Comfortable beds, 3rd floor bedroom door doesnt shut all the way, 20 minutes from broadway street, living room couch had plywood on it, living room table and chairs seemed like they could callapse if you touched them. Definitely needs some upgrades on furniture and appliances, but overall good stay, lots of space.
The host was really great and accommodating! The location was in a gated area- just make sure to ask the host for gate code. Newer townhouse, in a somewhat gentrified area.
The set up of the house was a bit of a surprise, mostly that the two bunk beds were in a hallway right at the top of stairs. There were only two showers for what is says (up to 10 guests) to share, that caused some delay for us in getting everyone taken care of. The supplies, toiletries did not last. We had to go purchase more toilet paper because there wasnât enough.
No basic kitchen items, (spices, dish soap, dish brush, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, etc).
The towels had to be re washed and multiple times in order to have clean towels to use. Maybe leave enough towels to allow clean ones out while dirty ones are in the wash.
The cleanliness wasnât what Iâd hoped for, hair in bedsheets, bathrooms seemed like they just got a wipe down and not throughly. There were marks on the walls and floors that looked newly dirty.
Overall good stay, just seemed underprepared for the number of guests it said it accommodated.
Our GPS led us to this property through a secluded rock quarry, felt a little spooky. But it was spot on, and it ended up being in a great location for the things we wanted to do. 5-20 minute drive from everything. Quiet location. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, gated property, convenient parking. Great place!
The condo had plenty of bedrooms and space for our family. The king beds were very comfortable but you could feel the springs on the twin bunk beds.
There were blinds in the bedrooms but not curtains. We were up with the sun every morning because it was so bright and then there were very loud trucks that drove by in the mornings that made it hard to sleep.
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. There was hair in and on the bed sheets, hair and trash in the bathroom floor, I donât think the nightstands had be dusted and the trash hadnât been taken out. We messaged the owner about the situation. They had a cleaner come out after we had stayed there 2 nights. They vacuumed the floors in the bedroom and mapped bathrooms but there was still hair in the sheets (so we donât know if they ever changed them), hair and dust on nightstands, trash in condo, dirty towels in the washing machine and a sticky kitchen counter.
The supplies were typical to a condo or rental with basic starters. A good addition would have been to add a sponge to scrub the pots and pans. There was a small thing of dishwashing soap but I had to use a paper towel to scrub the pan.
Also, while we were sitting in the living room a maintenance guy came to the door to fix a toilet lid. That scared us because we didnât expect anyone to show up at the until.
The communication with the owners was prompt though and they responded.
The house is lovely but requires some detailed cleaning. We were traveling with kids and thereâs lots going around these days, so Iâm a stickler for cleanliness. The carpets have huge stains in both bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The doors were full of finger prints and the walls were scuffed in multiple places. Corners of the house needed some extra TLC in terms of dust and residue. The entry way was full of spiders and their webs. For the amount you pay for cleaning, more is expected. The host was very attentive and did have someone come to do a touch up cleaning, though, the house in all honesty needs more than that. The appliances and finishes are all modern. The beds are so comfortable! The location to downtown and other great restaurants is superb!
This property met & exceeded our expectations. So much room, bathrooms, beds. It was awesome how many towels & pillows the property has. Location was good-a Kroger nearby & easy to get a Lyft or Uber to downtown.
Enjoyed spending a few days in Nashville with two friends. The property was clean and comfortable. No problem getting Uber rides to and from downtown area. One hitch - host was good about sending me the code to get in the door, but not the gate. I had messaged host, and waited a couple hours. Finally got code after I called host.
We loved this property and it was a short drive to a great restaurant The Blue Moon! We had an easy drive to downtown and to the Nashville Palace which was super fun. We did have a designated drive. You will want to Uber.
The staff was super about communicating and helping us with any questions or needs we had.
The hosts were incredible and were very responsive. They were the best part of the experience!
The property was, unfortunately, not very clean. The counters were sticky and the refrigerator was streaky. The floors were also dirty. The unit needs a total paint refresh as there were many marks on the walls.
We paid over $1,500 for two nights - it was a fine property, but it didn't seem to align with what we have experienced in Nashville previously for the same price.
We wouldn't rent here again, but sincerely appreciate the host responsiveness and attention during the stay.
This property was tucked away in a gated complex in the back of Charlotte park! Having a king bed in each room was a big plus and a nice kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
