The location was fantastic. Safe area nearby and secure building. The amenities were great with WiFi, the pool, washer/dryer, parking and a communal grill. If I am ever back in Nashville, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location—everything else was a letdown.The unit itself is worn down and not well maintained. We arrived to a clogged sink, empty soap/shampoo/body wash containers, and no essentials stocked. The place advertised a gym, but we couldn’t even access it—no instructions, no response. Communication with the host was poor and painfully slow.If you’re just here for the location, it delivers. But everything else ranged from average to disappointing. Wouldn’t stay again unless major improvements are made.

The property was in a great location, very secure, amenities were perfect for short stays. We requested extra bedding and although we received communication back from the manager, nothing was done about it. The guest bath and sink were also clogged with hair upon arrival.

Weekend getaway

Overall the stay was great. Every door had a keypad to get into the building so you felt safer knowing that outside patrons could not access the building. The room was very clean and very spacious for our group of 4. Only knock we may have had was that there was no checkout instructions as far as what to do with bedding, towels, and dishes we may have used. We did what we thought was best and put towels in a pile and used the dish washer for the dishes and put them away before we left. Overall I would definitely use this place again if we make another trip to Nashville!

Vacasa is terrible to rent from

There is no early checkin policy so I had to pay for an entire extra day at full price because of when my flight landed and the check in time.When I got to my room the door code they sent me was wrong. I will never stay at a Vacasa property again

The property was terrific. Nice walk to downtown area and Gultch. Pool area was great. This condo had everything we needed. We felt safe in this area. Easy access to parking.

Girls trip

A beautiful condo! Someone’s heart and soul went into decorating this lovely place! The location was perfect for us four moms that wanted to get away and have fun. We were able to walk to get coffee in the morning. 5 Daughters coffee and pastry shop is highly recommended. During the day we could walk to restaurants and the main strip. Averaging around15,000 steps per day. At night we just used Uber from the complex. The pool is very close and clean. The property has a locked common area to get to your room. We all felt very safe. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. This town is a magnet for bachelorette parties! Over all it was an excellent place to stay and we would use it again!

Loved this place!! Very clean everything was in their for the showers lots of room!! It’s nicer than the pictures Pool area ver clean , We had a small problem with the air conditioning and I called the number on my confirmation and they can to fix it with 2 hours We were very pleased!! Group of friends getaway

There were 6 of us and the condo fit us comfortably. It was in a really good location, within view of the pool. We woke up and laid by the pool each morning. It was definitely walkable to down town but we found it fun and convenient to use the rentable scooters to get downtown quicker, or it was a short and cheap Uber. The condo was well stocked with amenities and clean. We really had everything we needed down to beach towels. Having two full bathrooms was also really nice and convenient. On our first night there we all went to the grocery store and bought some groceries so we wouldn’t have to go out to eat for every meal which really worked out nice. The only thing I would recommend is for you to bring your own Kleenex and maybe a few extra rolls of TP. Also, if you’re high maintenance like my friends and I are, just know there isn’t a full length mirror for your cute Nashville outfit checks! All in all though we had a wonderful stay and it was a super easy process.

Terrible cleaning

When we went to bed after driving 14 hours all our bed linen was not washed from the previous stay. Concert wristband was left, blood, hair etc all over the bed sheets. Huge stain on rug, moldy paper towels… however wonderful location, and place. Place was beautiful just like the pictures despite the uncleanliness.

As stated check in with codes is a nightmare. Unit needed a good cleaning, hugh dust bunnies under all beds, duvet on bed was disgusting, dust was so thick on the furnace door vents that it was rattling and laundry closet also dirty. TV in main area didn't work despite us putting in new batteries. Location was good and layout of unit was nice. Check your cost before booking as there are a lot of taxes and fees which increased our nightly cost substantially, like more than 50%.

Cute, Clean & Great Location

Overall our stay was great! The Apartment was clean, although there was some additional dusting that could have been done. It was very cute, well decorated and well stocked with kitchen items, towels, pool towels, etc. The location was great, within walking distance of the Gulch and only a 5 minute ride to downtown. Our only real issues were with checking in and accessing the building. During our stay they were redoing the floor at the main entrance and therefore we could not enter that way on the day of our arrival. Not knowing where we were going made it difficult and confusing. Once we were able to get in and familiarized it was better and for the remainder of our stay the front door was accessible. As far as check in, much like others stated, we had issues with our code. The code did not work and we had to call the property manager who reset it and told us it was a temporary code that would work for an hour and then our original one would kick back in. The call was quick and effective however that temporary code wasnt temporary and ended up being our code for our entire trip. A few things that could level the apartment up: 1. More wall hooks in the bathrooms for towels, bathing suits, etc. 2. A full length mirror. 3. Sound machines in the rooms for sleeping and blocking out sound from above and people walking by as it is on the first floor right outside the pool. Overall, our stay was great and we would absolutely recommend it as well as book it again. Thank you!

Perfect location

The condo was perfect to fit our friend group of five and such a great location. Easy drive or walk to so many shops and restaurants. The condo was decorated so cute and was clean. I wish they would put full length mirrors in the closets. I saw many reviews with how hard it was to enter the code into the door with all the instructions and sure enough we had issues. We had to get three different codes to get in the first time and it took us over 30 minutes to get in. This was inconvenient and although the operator was so friendly I wish there was more urgency in getting us into our room.

A fun place to stay

A great location. A fun space, comfortable beds and nice TVS. Close to everything but not a great spot to walk from. It was 10 min or less to everything. We would stay here again.
