« We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend. »

« This is going to be a lovely hotel but it is currently being renovated and was not really ready. There was a punch list taped to the dresser in the room. There was no ability to control the temp in the room. There was no hair dryer. The coffee ran out in the morning in the lobby and wasn’t replaced. There was no in-room coffee maker. The room was very clean, and I would stay there if I knew renovations were completed. There is also a great need for lighting on the stairs from the back parking...
