„We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately. Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away. Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately. They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min. When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling. „Great hotel for staying by Sea World, the shuttle is perfect and saves so much by not paying for parking. The hotel was clean, the free roll away bed is a great option for families. We ate at the on-site restaurant for dinner, the food was good and kids 11 and under eat free with an adult. The amenities are nice for kids, a pool and a billiards table. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We will stay here again when we visit the area.“

„Me and my family stayed at this hotel for a week. At first, there was a little mess up about one of our rooms (we booked 2 queen size but only got 1) but it wasn’t too big a deal since we were all family anyways. Plus the hotel provided us a small rollover bed. What we really enjoyed was the super friendly staff. Everyone we met at front desk was nice and helpful. „It’s a good hotel for the price, I needed to stay one night on NW S.A. The pool was nice and clean which was a plus for my daughter, she enjoyed the water for the hour she was in and I enjoyed the sun beating down on me😁(one word, “UMBRELLA”)“

„They didn't have the room we booked with double queen beds and instead gave us a room with living room and bed couch which is not comfortable. They did give us another bed upon request but what I didn’t like is that he said the system had overbooked the rooms“
