« Upon arrival the staff was very informative and friendly. We had a king size bed and sofa couch room, but upon arrival the Ac in our room was not working. We gave it some time then asked the front desk who sent the Hotel Engineer up to check it out. The air unit was going out, so he worked with the staff to get us I a new room. « This was our first time visiting this property and we found the staff to be super helpful, especially regarding dietary restrictions. The dining buffet is also a bargain for anyone under 12 as you just pay your age! For poolside, there also seemed to be plenty of lounger - finding shade was the only tricky part. We would definitely go back! »
