The main-floor primary suite offers a relaxing private retreat with convenient access to the screened-in porch and outdoor fireplace. The main level also includes a laundry area for added convenience.

The lower level features a second private suite, two additional spacious bedrooms, and a dedicated bunk room with four built-in bunk beds, making it ideal for families and larger groups. With additional bathrooms, a second laundry area, and plenty of space to spread out, everyone can enjoy their own comfort and privacy.

For boat rentals, guests can contact Lake James Neighborhood Store (3.2 miles away) or Noah's Landing (9.2 miles away).
Please note that boats cannot be launched directly from the property. Guests bringing their own boats should plan to use one of the nearby public boat ramps on Lake James.
After a day on the water, return to your own private beach and brand-new dock to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
