« L'hôtel est très bien placé, proche du parc. Il y a de l'eau chaude et des moustiquaires. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses, je conseillerais celles des étages qui sentent moins la moisissure. Le service que nous avons reçu en revanche était absolument déplorable, peut-être par manque de formation et apparemment en l'absence du responsable de l'hôtel, nous avons été mal accueillis, nous n'avons pas pu obtenir une chabre correspondant aux spécificités de notre réservation alors que l'hôtel était...

« Beautiful, old hotel/lodge with character. All was clean, warm and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful. And...great location/views of the Lukla Airstrip i.e. just above it. »

« Honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No heating (-5C and you could see your breath in room). No hot water. Food choice dire (pizza or spring rolls). Owner very rude. Checked out early. To top it off owner chased me across the apron as I was boarding my flight to accuse me of leaving without paying! (I’d paid in full on booking through here). Avoid! »
