« We had a wonderful time at this property. The host went above and beyond with accommodating us and communication. Property was clean and adorable! We utilized the kayak’s and the pier for fishing. My 4 year old granddaughter did not want to leave. We will definitely book this property again! »

« Great house looks exactly like the pictures. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms & a big fenced in backyard. Easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants, & shopping. Great location if you’re wanting to go into New Orleans or Bay St Louis. Easy check in and any questions I had take m. Care of by emailing the property owner. Would definitely use again. »

« The place was great. The bed was comfortable. A washer and dryer. Good internet. The only issue for me is that the neighborhood is a bit rough. As long as you have a good sense of personal security, it is fine. If you are a fearful person, this place might be a challenge for you. »

« This was a very nice house with spacious parking, nice porch, basketball goal, ping-pong ball, games inside etc. the kids stayed entertained no doubt, we even caught a nice channel cat off the dock! Also put in at the boat ramp 2 miles up the road and left my boat tied to the dock throughout the weekend. Nice dock, no splinters. Mrs. Lauren was very responsive to a couple of questions I had. Will be back! »

The owners were extremely welcoming, our neighbors were very friendly, and the boat house was a huge plus! This property is a gem in the BSL and we can’t wait to go back! »

« Very comfortable and clean home. It fulfilled our mission of being able to walk to the Jazz Fest and we are ages 69 and 73. Couches and our bed was comfortable. Lots of towels available along with washer/dryer. Not noted on the listing is that the home is behind the main house and in a locked gated area. The parking was off-street and right at the gate. »

« Paul was an amazing host. He made sure we were comfortable and settled in. He provided a list of places to see and eat. The parking was right outside the door. Freret street is within a blocks walk with shopping and restaurants near by. The cottage was exactly as described clean, nicely decorated and AC was ice cold. Great on hot and humid days. Very close to the Street car. And easy access to the French Quarter. Only thing negative is the bed is small could use a queen or King size bed in room....
