« The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Natalia responded quickly to any questions we had both before and during our 6-night stay in October. The apartment was clean and stocked with the paper products, toiletries, and dishes we needed. We appreciated having extra storage space in the bathroom - two large drawers, a medicine cabinet, and places to hang towels.
