„Great location! This house was perfect for our family vacation. Very comfortable and included everything you would want for a beach vacation. The only drawback was the strong mildewy smell in the lower level which got into our linens and clothes. Hopefully the owners will look into remediation.“

„There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. „Host is terrific. Our 3 adult sons and their families joined us on the Jersey site. All went well. Host was extremely accommodating. One son us a legislator and the other one's his own socialMedia business and internet was wonky. But host arranged and waited for service man to show up and repair. Lovely spot, gorgeous area, a block and one half from terrific beach. We loved it. ,“

„Communication from the owner, Steve, was wonderful. Before we could reach out to him regarding a potential issue, he was already on top of it and sorted it out. Great space to host a group of 11. Had a great time and got to spend some quality time together with family. We stayed Sunday to Sunday and check and check out was smooth. Access to small beach area right in front of the house. „We were in OC for a wedding & stayed for a long weekend. Property was exactly as described and how it looked in the photos. Nicely updated and clean. Everything seemed brand new. 15th street is right in the heart of town so we were close to attractions and stores. Only a three minute walk to the bay to watch the sunset...and we considered it a bonus that we were above Mario’s pizza! “
