„I only gave one star because there was no other option.The house was as advertised on the site. The first thing that hit us was the strong smell of cigarette, my husband who has bad allergies went outside of the property to get fresh air. In less than one hour we left the property and lost all of the money we paid to stay there. I reached out to the host and he did and was responding to me immediately. He denied that the place smelled like cigarettes smoke. We paid more than 800 dollars and lost ...

„Everything was nice, orderly, and clean. It was great having access to a washer and dryer, especially with kids. The shower head and water pressure were fantastic, which is nice after long days of walking. Even though we never met the host they were very nice and communicated with us quickly if we had any questions, especially when trying to figure out how to get to and from NYC and NJ. „Great house for a large family group. The house has some quirks with the automatic faucets and lighting but we figured them out. Host was great to work with and house is extremely well equipped including items needed for a day on the beach. Location is fantastic. “

„Adequate for a no-frills, budget-oriented stay. Plenty of space with four bedrooms and three bathrooms across three floors. Easy walk to Boardwalk Hall and adjacent attractions. Very few amenities: bare bones furnishings and kitchen equipment. Parking is a short 5 minute walk away. Walls and paint were in rough shape with unfinished maintenance and many touch-ups and deeper cleaning needed. You get what you pay for.“
