I stayed 2 nights. When I got in my room and turned on the bathroom faucet was missing the piece where the water comes out. The carpet had a 20inch red streak near the bed, not sure if it was blood or what. In the shower there were 3 dispensers, 2 shampoo, 1 conditioner. Don't know if one of the shampoo dispensers had soap or not. You guess!!!

The safe didn't work, had to get front desk to have maintenance replace battery or safe.
The housekeeping staff started cleaning at 7am which was RIDICULOUS. I couldn't sleep in. They were Banging, Clanging and shouting to each other it sounded like a construction site. I had to call the front desk to complain. I paid over $200 per night and got one star service. My family member also stayed 3 nights like myself from out of state for a family funeral, they too had complaints.
On the elevator down on checking out I asked a couple how was their stay, the elevator ride wasn't long enough to hear all the complaints.
I think a full refund should be made.
