We decided to stay at Lola's to get away from all distractions, catch up, relax and chill. It was a real girl's "retreat house". Everything we needed to be comfortable and pampered was in the lodge. Shopping and restaurants were just minutes away. »

Off course, if your are looking for a neet and sophisticate lodding, it might not be the place for you… but it was perfect for us! « Stayed for one night in between visiting Portland on our way up to Acadia National Park, and wish we stayed longer! Everything was clean and well set up for our arrival. The attention to detail made everything very comfortable and feels like your own private camp getaway. Host had great instructions for the shower setup and had great communication. »

It had the feeling of being deep in the woods but it’s actually within a few minutes of Boothbay center and I’m talking 5 to 6 minutes of drive time. « I was offered Stella which is a beautiful little apartment due to a mistake I made when applying to stay in Roxie. I didn't realize Roxie was solar and I really needed electricity for this stay. It was a more a business trip not a camping trip.Sherri very graciously let me stay in Stella which was wonderful . Very clean, bright , everything you could need . I would definitely stay there again.. »

« We loved the sunroom and spent most of our time there when we were not out exploring mid-coast Maine. The location is excellent, with good parking. The cottage is spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and supplies. I highly recommend the cottage for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable spot to relax with the Damariscotta River as part of your back yard. »
