« The location was excellent and there was plenty of room for our family. Having a kitchen with appliances helped us save money by allowing us the option to cook meals. Close to the attractions and stores we wanted to visit. We had no problem getting in and out of the driveway. Home appears to be in a closed in neighborhood so there was almost no traffic. »

« Cleanliness and upgrading the house are needed improvements. The house is aged and in need of repairs and renovations. The property is beautiful and space is large. Hosts very responsive. »

« We were unable to stay due to weather event. The host was very quick with communications. We drove by a week later and the house looks very clean and well taken care of. It is very close to App State campus and downtown Boone, so it would be a great starting place to walk and enjoy the university and town. »

« Everything was really clean. The cabin has all the essentials you would need and more for your stay. There is an ingles grocery store about 3-4 min away which is convenient. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating . Overall we had no issues with this property. Would stay again and recommend to others if they are in the area. »
